Trained at the Oxford Mindfulness Centre, I run
8-Week Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) courses in Rickmansworth and in NW London, as well as smaller study groups at home.
I am not running a group at present but please do contact me if you would like an individual introduction to mindfulness or support in following a mindfulness programme by yourself.
I am also keen to set up a regular local sitting group for those who already have their own mindfulness practice and would like to meet together in a group. If you are interested, do get in touch.
