I am an integrative therapist with more than fifteen years’ experience. Whatever brings you to counselling, I offer a space where you can build trust and focus on yourself -- investing time in understanding what you need to feel balanced and fully engaged in life.

My core approach is relational – exploring your sense of self and how you encounter the world and the people around you. I can also draw on my training in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and mindfulness when needed.

With most clients, I work out of a secluded garden studio in Rickmansworth. However, I have recently trained in wild therapy and am delighted to offer outdoor sessions, for those who want to explore their connection with their body and the wider universe more deeply.

I offer weekly sessions but can be flexible. Appointments last 50 minutes and I charge £45 per session.

It is hard to predict how long therapy will last, each person comes with different needs. But if money is a concern, please feel free to discuss with me. I offer reduced fees for lower-income clients.

I am happy to offer online sessions for clients facing restricted circumstances, such as during the Covid-19 epidemic.
