I am an integrative therapist with more than fifteen years’ experience. Whatever brings you to counselling, I offer a space where you can build trust and invest time in understanding what you need to feel balanced and fully engaged in life.
My core approach is relational – exploring your sense of self and how you encounter the world and the people around you. I can also draw on my training in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and mindfulness when needed.
Over the years, I have worked with a large range of issues, including depression, anxiety, family and relationship issues, work stress, bereavement and other forms of loss, I have a particular interest in helping clients who are facing challenging life transitions, such as menopause or moving into adulthood.
With most clients, I work out of a secluded garden studio in Rickmansworth. However, I am also happy to offer outdoor wild therapy sessions in the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside, for those who want to explore their connection with life in a different way.
I offer weekly sessions but can be flexible. Appointments last 50 minutes and I charge £45 per session.
It is hard to predict how long therapy will last, each person comes with different needs. But if money is a concern, please feel free to discuss with me. I offer reduced fees for lower-income clients.
I am happy to offer online sessions for clients facing restricted circumstances and during the current COVID-19 pandemic.
